Who Needs to File?
- If you received an E-Filing Notice from the Ventura County Assessor’s Office.
- If your business has $100,000 or more in total property(as of January 1, 2025).
What is a Property Statement?
It’s a form that businesses use to report equipment, furniture, and other assets to the Assessor’s Office. This helps determine the taxable value of your business property.
How to File:
1️⃣ Go to www.calbpsfile.org
2️⃣ Log in using your Account Number and Business ID Number (BIN) from the E-Filing Notice.
3️⃣ Complete all required sections and submit by April 1, 2025.
⚠️ Don’t Wait! Filing late after **May 7, 2025** can lead to penalties!
