VENTURA, Calif. – The County of Ventura, in partnership with the Ventura Superior Court, will hold an informative town hall meeting to educate the public on the services available through the recently implemented Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) Act Program, which connects individuals facing serious mental health and substance use challenges with vital care, treatment, and support services.
Attendees will learn about program eligibility, requirements, and local implementation efforts. The event will be presented in person and be available via Zoom. Spanish and ASL interpretation will be provided.
