Earlier this week, close friends and family gathered at the Ventura County Government Center to honor the legacy of Supervisor Carmen Ramirez with the unveiling of a new rose garden in her memory.🕊🌹

Located between the Hall of Administration and the Hall of Justice, the garden, constructed by our General Services Agency, features vibrant roses and peaceful benches, offering a space to reflect on Carmen’s lifelong dedication to justice and public service.

May her memory continue to inspire our community.❤

The popular trail, stretching from Ventura to Ojai, underwent major upgrades to improve safety, accessibility, and overall enjoyment for everyone . The repaving project spearheaded by @venturacountyparks includes a freshly resurfaced path, tree maintenance, and new signage.

🚴Just in time for National Bike Month, it’s the perfect opportunity to hop on your bike or take a walk and enjoy the newly improved trail.

This specialized vehicle helps emergency teams treat and transport multiple patients at once during major disasters, evacuations, and large public events. It’s also used for community outreach, health education, and emergency preparedness, throughout the community.

🙌A big thank you to the dedicated EMS professionals who help keep Ventura County safe -- every day, in every situation.
