The County of Ventura, in partnership with the Ventura Superior Court, invites you to a public town hall to learn more about the Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) Act Program.

This informative session will offer a detailed overview of the CARE Act, which connects individuals facing serious mental health and substance use challenges with essential care, treatment, and support services. Learn about eligibility, program requirements, and local implementation efforts.

🛥️✨Two new state-of-the-art patrol boats are joining the Ventura County Harbor Patrol fleet—enhancing safety, response time, and operations on our local waterways.

Equipped with cutting-edge navigation systems, improved lighting, and built-in comfort features, these 25-foot vessels are built to better serve the community and protect the Channel Islands Harbor and coastline.

Yesterday, the @venturacountyharborpatrol Department unveiled the new boats during a special ceremony at VC Harbor Patrol Headquarters. One vessel was showcased on land, and the other in the harbor—marking a proud moment for the team and a big step forward in maritime safety.

Thank you to our Harbor Patrol for your continued commitment to keeping Ventura County’s waters safe! 👏
